3. Never replace confidential with anonymous.

4. Test the message with two or three people before the real send.

Who is Lara

Lara will write to you every now and then on {CHANNEL} to ask how you are experiencing your work. These are short conversations, a couple of minutes long.

What happens with your answers

Your answers are confidential. That means only a small group at {COMPANY} can see them, and they see them so they can support you if needed. Your manager does not see your answers: they see general information about the whole team.

Why it is worth answering honestly

Because what you answer is used. We make decisions with that information and we can spot what is not working in time. If you answer what you think we want to hear, we both lose.

It is not a performance review and it has no consequences for your job.
